Gift packs adds free 3-card Rap Rips packs to that account. Cards are drawn right away and the user opens them from My cards. No email is sent and nothing is charged. Every gift is logged.

Role: Reader is a regular member, Author can write in the sections assigned to them, Admin has full Studio access. You can't remove your own admin role, and the last admin can't be removed.

Send reset email asks Supabase to email a password reset link. Supabase's built-in mailer is rate-limited and has bounced before, so if it doesn't arrive use Copy reset link and send it to them yourself. The link works once and expires. Nobody, including you, ever sees or sets a password here.

Unlock appears only on a locked account and lifts the ban so they can sign in again.
